从1987年10月～1988年10月,我们用利福平、TMP口服加灭滴灵栓肛塞治疗慢性前列腺炎31例。患者年龄18～65岁,平均42.06岁;病程2个月～27年,平均1.9年。主要症状为下腹及会阴部胀痛、尿淋漓、尿急迫、性功能减退及腹压增加时尿道内有粘液滴出等。直肠指检前列腺的大小、质地在大部分病人(包括腺体有轻度压痛的6例)均属正常范围,仅7例扪及小结节、质地偏中,但直径未增大。所有病人的尿常规和尿培养均在正常范围。前列腺按摩液(EPS)涂片和培养见附表。采用利福平0.45g、
From October 1987 to October 1988, we treated 31 cases of chronic prostatitis with rifampicin and TMP orally by using the instillation plug suppository. Patients aged 18 to 65 years, mean 42.06 years; duration of 2 months to 27 years, an average of 1.9 years. The main symptoms of the lower abdomen and perineal pain, urination, urinary urgency, sexual dysfunction and increased intra-abdominal urethral mucus drip and so on. Rectal fingerprints prostate size, texture in the majority of patients (including mild gland tenderness in 6 cases) are within the normal range, only 7 cases palpable nodules, the texture is moderate, but did not increase the diameter.
