我院研制了选择性新杀螨剂灭螨胺,即氯甲基磺酰胺,化学式ClCH_2SO_2NH_2。特点是化学结构简单,水溶性好,有内吸性,有杀卵性能,不易被紫外光分解,较稳定,残效期长,不伤害天敌,对植物安全。经我院测定试制样品小白鼠急性口服毒性LD_(50)为920—1240毫克/公斤, 为低毒杀螨剂品种。工业产品为90％晶粉。经1981—1983年室内外试验表明它是一种优秀的新杀螨剂。将在沈阳农药厂、河北阜阳农药厂生产。
Our hospital developed a new selective acaricidal mite mite amine, namely chloromethanesulfonamide, chemical formula ClCH_2SO_2NH_2. It is characterized by simple chemical structure, good water-solubility, internal absorption, egg-killing property, easy to be decomposed by ultraviolet light, stable, long residual period, no harm to natural enemies and plant safety. The determination of acute toxicity in mice by our hospital trial prototype LD_ (50) of 920-1240 mg / kg, as a low toxicity acaricide varieties. Industrial products are 90% crystalline powder.
