目的为了探索牙髓炎症对牙体硬组织的变化。方法通过对正常牙及牙髓病变后患牙牙本质钙、磷百分含量作定量分析。结果牙髓炎患牙的牙本质钙、磷百分含量显著下降，其中钙百分含量下降的幅度更大（P＜0.001）。结论牙髓炎症可导致牙本质钙、磷含量明显下降。
Objective To explore the changes of tooth hard tissue caused by dental pulp inflammation. Methods The contents of calcium and phosphorus in dentin after normal tooth and endodontic disease were quantitatively analyzed. Results Pulpitis had a significant decrease in dentin calcium and phosphorus content, and the percentage of calcium decreased significantly (P <0.001). Conclusion Dental pulp inflammation can cause dentin calcium and phosphorus content decreased significantly.
