学校文化力与教师领导力合力生成与否直接关系到普通高中优质特色发展的成败。作为一所创造过辉煌业绩、形成过鲜明特色、积淀了丰厚底蕴的区域知名重点高中,江苏省震泽中学如何在新校区进一步提高办学质量、延展办学特色、铸造教育品牌,进而形成具有校本特色的学校文化,是目前亟待解决的问题。本文阐述了学校文化建设者通过以自能文化生态场建设为基点,促进学校文化力全面辐射,以自能发展共同体建设为抓手,推动教师领导力优质发展,通过以生态场、共同体映射关系为旨归,促使学校文化力、领导力合力生成三方面的努力尝试,更有效地释放学校文化创新精神,更圆满地实现学校综合目标,带来丰厚社会效益。
The combination of school culture and teacher leadership is directly related to the success or failure of the development of high quality and characteristic of ordinary high schools.
