以上海世博会主题馆张弦桁架结构体系为背景,采用推广的“状态确定”的施工过程逆向分析方法对该屋盖结构进行施工过程分析,研究了施工张拉顺序、张拉分级对张拉过程中结构变形和构件内力的影响,追踪了结构几何力学体系成形过程,并对比分析了施工张拉的理论值和实测值。分析结果表明:对于该屋盖结构,单榀依次张拉张弦桁架的三级张拉方案能极好地控制结构在张拉过程中的最大位移响应和内力响应,为最优的施工张拉方案;结构施工模拟能较好地指导实际结构的施工张拉。
Taking the truss structure system of Shanghai World Expo Theme Pavilion as the background, the construction process of the roof structure was analyzed by the method of inverse analysis of the “” state " ’s construction process.
