京秀葡萄是我园区1999年春从中国科学院植物研究所引进的杂交优良品种,其果穗大而紧凑,一般稳重500—750克,最大穗重3400克:果穗呈圆锥形,果粒着生紧密而均匀,果粒椭圆形,平均粒重6—7克,最大粒重11克;外观为玫瑰色或鲜紫红色,果肉厚而脆,味甜、酸度低,具东方品种风味;可溶性固形物含量16.8%,含酸量0.71%,品质极优。该品种穗粒整齐,形色俱佳,肉质硬胞可以切片,鲜食风味佳;因其着色早,含酸量低,可适当早采;果实长在树上长达3个月不皱缩、不裂果、不脱粒,果肉依然脆甜,品质更佳。其耐储性能极好,可大面积上
