目的:了解集中空调冷却水军团菌污染状况和血清型分布,评价利用EquateTM水军团菌快速试验试剂盒检测军团菌。方法:选取南京、常州、苏州共148家集中空调冷却塔,每个冷却塔平行采集两份水样,分别用培养法和EquateTM水军团菌快速试验试剂盒检测军团菌。结果:培养法军团菌的总阳性率为75%,共检出菌株145株,血清型分布以LP1(65.5%)为主,LP2-8、L.micdadei、L.bozemanii均有检出;EquateTM试剂盒检测LP1阳性率为57.4%,与培养法比较差异无统计学意义(McNemarχ2=1.56、P=0.26),检测灵敏度、特异度易受其他细菌干扰。结论:集中空调冷却水军团菌污染较普遍,血清型别多样以LP1为主。EquateTM水军团菌快速试验试剂盒,可作为培养法的辅助手段用于突发事件应急,筛查高浓度LP1污染,不适于常规监测。
Objective: To understand the contamination and serotype distribution of Legionella pneumophila in air-conditioned cooling water and to evaluate the detection of Legionella by using EquateTM water Legionella rapid test kit. METHODS: A total of 148 centralized air-conditioning cooling towers were selected from Nanjing, Changzhou and Suzhou. Two cooling water samples were taken parallel to each cooling tower. Legionella was detected by culture method and EquateTM water legionella rapid test kit. Results: The total positive rate of Legionella was 75%. A total of 145 strains were detected. The serotypes were mainly LP1 (65.5%), LP2-8, L.micadensis and L.bozemanii were detected. EquateTM The positive rate of LP1 detected by the kit was 57.4%. There was no significant difference between the two methods (McNemarχ2 = 1.56, P = 0.26). The sensitivity and specificity of the kit were also susceptible to the interference of other bacteria. Conclusion: The concentration of airborne cooling water Legionella contamination is more common, the type of serum to LP1-based. EquateTM Water Legionella rapid test kit, can be used as an adjunct to the culture method for emergency response, screening of high concentrations of LP1 contamination, not suitable for routine monitoring.
