广东省是一个外来工输入大省,据资料统计、目前我省外来工的总数约有1200万,占全省总人数1/6。这一人群一直在他们的岗位上默默耕耘,以自己的勤劳和汗水为广东的经济建设作出不少贡献,同时也把劳动所得作为建构自己美好生活的基础。由于生活在社会的最底层,使他们在社会话语体系中处于弱势的地位,如何保障他们的合法权益成为一个普遍受关注的问题。而目前在广东省的外来工的权益状况如何,是我们此次采访的焦点之所在。日前,记者采访了广东省劳动监察处梁满光。
According to statistics, at present, the total number of migrant workers in our province is about 12 million, accounting for 1/6 of the total number of the province. This group has been quietly working in their posts, making great contribution to the economic construction of Guangdong with their hard work and perseverance, and using the proceeds of labor as the basis for building a better life for themselves. Because living in the lowest level of society, making them in a disadvantaged position in the social discourse system, how to protect their legal rights has become a generally concerned issue. At present, the rights and interests of migrant workers in Guangdong Province are the focus of our interview. Recently, the reporter interviewed Guangdong Labor Inspection Department Liang Manguang.
