被动齿轮在装机试压后出现开裂,通过化学成分分析、宏观和微观检验、硬度和渗碳层深度测试和磨削烧伤检查对被动齿轮开裂的原因进行了分析。结果表明:材料材质和渗碳热处理工艺均无异常,被动齿轮开裂的主要原因是由于磨削工艺不当引起的。根据分析结果提出相应的改进建议。
Passive gears cracked after installed pressure test. The causes of cracked passive gears were analyzed by chemical composition analysis, macroscopic and microscopic examination, hardness and carburized depth test and grinding burn test. The results show that there is no abnormality in the materials and the carburizing heat treatment process. The main reason for the passive gear cracking is due to the improper grinding process. According to the results of the analysis put forward corresponding suggestions for improvement.
