Analysis of Shareholding Reform in Russia Eastern European Countries Duan Xiaoguang Since the 90s of the 20th century, all the countries in Eastern Europe have successively transformed the state-owned large and medium-sized enterprises into joint-stock companies with the planned economy’s overall transition to a market economy.
