本文就15MnMoVNRe纲在不同轧制工艺参数(原始奥氏体晶粒尺寸Do,轧制温度TD,形变量ε等)奥氏体再结晶及晶粒细化规律进行了系统研究。试验结果表明:完成再结晶的临界形变量ε完与原始奥氏体品粒直径Do、轧制温度TD密切有关,其中TD的影响更显著。再结晶后的晶粒直径Dr取决于Do和道次形变量ε。高温多道次小形变量(ε<10%)轧制。头1~3道次形成特大晶粒使平均晶粒尺寸增大,4~5道次后,晶粒尺寸开始细化,但采用5%的道次形变量5道次后仍不能消除个别特大晶粒。
In this paper, we systematically studied the austenite recrystallization and grain refinement rules of 15MnMoVNRe program under different rolling parameters (initial austenite grain size Do, rolling temperature TD, deformation ε, etc.). The experimental results show that the critical deformation amount ε completed after recrystallization is closely related to the original austenite grain size Do and the rolling temperature TD, of which the influence of TD is more significant. The recrystallized grain diameter Dr depends on Do and the pass deformation ε. High temperature multi-pass small deformation (ε <10%) rolling. The first to third passes formed an extra large grain to increase the average grain size. After 4 to 5 passes, the grain size began to refine, but the 5% pass deformation did not eliminate some extra large Grain.
