以一种铁磁流体和添加剂为润滑介质,研究了GCr15 钢销-盘摩擦副在边界润滑状态下受外加电场作用后摩擦系数的变化情况,并对试验结果和电场作用机理进行分析.结果表明:不同方向的直流电场导致摩擦系数的不同变化趋势,其最大变化率达35% ,且试验数据稳定,变化过程可逆.说明此铁磁流体具有独特的可通过外加电场对滑动摩擦系数进行主动控制功能
Taking a ferrofluid and additive as lubrication medium, the change of friction coefficient of GCr15 steel pin-plate friction pair subjected to applied electric field under the boundary lubrication condition was studied. The experimental results and the mechanism of electric field were also analyzed. The results show that the DC electric fields in different directions lead to different trends of the friction coefficient. The maximum rate of change is 35%. The experimental data are stable and the change process is reversible. This ferrofluid has a unique function of controlling the sliding friction coefficient by applying an electric field
