研究了一个远程故障诊断系统平台的软、硬件结构,提出了实现方法及所涉及的关键技术.通过这一平台,并结合传统的故障诊断方法,实现设备制造方、设备使用方和诊断专家三方的协同工作,从而可实现现代制造系统的远程故障诊断.该系统的技术思想同样适用于其他领域的远程诊断.
The hardware and software structure of a remote fault diagnosis system platform is researched. The implementation method and the key technologies involved are put forward. Through this platform, combined with the traditional fault diagnosis methods, equipment manufacturers, equipment users and diagnostic experts to work together to achieve the remote fault diagnosis of modern manufacturing systems. The system’s technical ideas also apply to remote diagnostics in other areas.
