以热带玉米自交系B31-3与温带自交系黄早四杂交得到的F8代重组自交系群体为材料,筛选出153个多态性SSR标记,以此为基础构建遗传连锁图谱。对这些多态性标记进行偏分离分析,发现48个表现为偏分离(P<0.05),这些偏分离标记中有30个标记位点偏向母本B31-3,占62.50%,18个标记位点偏向父本黄早四,占37.50%。这些偏分离标记在图谱上的分布有2种:成簇分布和孤立位点的偏分离。在10条不同染色体上共发现9个偏分离热点区域。这些偏分离热点区域的形成可能与配子体选择有关。
A total of 153 SSR markers were screened from the F8 recombinant inbred lines obtained from a cross between tropical maize inbred line B31-3 and temperate inbred line Huangzao 4. Based on this, a genetic linkage map was constructed. The partial segregation analysis of these polymorphic markers showed that 48 of them showed partial segregation (P <0.05). Thirty markers of these segregation markers were biased towards female B31-3 (62.50%) and 18 markers Point to the paternal Huangzao IV, accounting for 37.50%. There are two distributions of these partial segregation markers on the map: clustered distribution and segregation of isolated sites. In 10 different chromosomes found a total of nine partial separation of hot spots. The formation of these partial isolated hot spots may be related to the selection of gametocytes.
