迟发型急性葡萄膜炎,是白内障术后严重并发症之一,对患者术后的视力恢复构成严重威胁。现将2004年3月至2009年6月,1 235例(1 275只眼)白内障囊外摘出人工晶状体植入术后并发迟发性葡萄膜炎患者32例的临床资料进行回顾性分析,报道如下。
