最近,我们用29天的时间安装了一台2500吨水压机,水压机本体部分只用了11天半。这个速度是比较快的。现将我们的几点经验介绍出来,供大家参考。 1.必须用行车进行安装;如果用其它起吊工具,如坦克吊车等,安装速度将会受到影响。 2.要作好施工前的准备工作,越细越好,至少应作到如下几点: ①要认真学习全部安装图纸,徹底全面地了解图中提出的技术要求和质量标准,最好能够记住;同时,要复核相互配合的尺寸。②编制施工计划,包括安装进度计划、劳动力计划、材料与工具需要量计划。③开箱清点、检查设备和材料,并要按施工程序规划出设备和材料在现场的堆放位置。
