Scientific calculators are of great importance in developing students’ computational skills, computational tools skills and data processing skills. Discusses the special significance of science calculator to mathematics teaching and learning of secondary vocational students and the promoting function of applying mathematics knowledge to students, analyzes the current situation of using scientific calculator and puts forward specific teaching methods. Scientific calculator in this paper also refers to the common scientific software on a smartphone or tablet scientific calculator.
