The East China Electric Power Administration’s General Scientific and Technological Information Building Project (hereinafter referred to as the Huadian Building) 88HC inner tower is an example of dismantling the inner climbing tower under high-level conditions under specific construction conditions. I. Project Overview and Demolition of Tower Cranes Huadian Tower is located on Nanjing East Road in downtown Shanghai, with a base area of 1952m~2, a building footprint of 1443m~2, and the main facade closely along the side of Nanjing East Road.
