我院自1984年以来,采取综合措施抢救成功口服大量敌敌畏中毒者7例,现报道如下: 一、临床资料本文7例中,男3例,女4例,年龄最小18岁,最大45岁。服毒至入院时间除2例经当地医院抢救转我院分别为3小时、7小时外,余5例均在半小时以内。服入市售80％敌敌畏乳剂原液均在100毫升以上,1例达300毫升。入院半小时内出现肺水肿7例,昏迷7例,脑水肿6例,呼吸衰竭3例,呼吸暂停
