思想政治工作在队伍建设中有着重要的作用,基层的思想政治工作成败,在一定情况下影响着整个企业的发展,下面笔者就简单的阐述一下思想政治工作对企业的一些影响。
Ideological and political work plays an important role in the building of a contingent. The success or failure of ideological and political work at the grassroots level affects the development of the entire enterprise under certain circumstances.
