在工程量清单计价模式下,业主和承包商的风险范围更趋明显,直接折射出了“风险大、利润大”的市场规律。因此,合理的项目造价是施工企业的生命线。由于市场价格风险较大,这对按工程量清单计价中标的施工企业来说,所面临的风险是不可低估的。分析了工程项目风险的成因,简述了工程量清单定计价模式给业主和承包商带来的风险,提出了风险的管理与防范措施。
Under the bill of quantities pricing mode, the risk scope of the owners and contractors becomes more obvious, which directly reflects the market law of “big risk and big profit”. Therefore, a reasonable project cost is the lifeline of construction enterprises. Due to the high market price risk, the risk faced by construction enterprises bidding on the basis of the bill of quantities can not be underestimated. The cause of project risk is analyzed. The risk brought to the project owner and contractor by the pricing model is briefly described. The risk management and prevention measures are also put forward.
