随着我国经济的发展和素质教育观念的进步,我国教育事业获得了良好的发展机遇,取得了巨大的发展。在小学教育工作中,德育教育工作占据着重要的地位,对于小学生的良好发展具有至关重要的作用。小学班主任要结合幸福教育,采取行之有效的方法和策略开展德育工作,培养小学生的幸福感,促进小学生的良好发展。本文浅析了小学班主任在幸福教育理念下开展德育工作的方法和策略,以期为我国小学德育教育工作的良好发展提供借鉴。
With the development of our economy and the improvement of the concept of quality education, our educational undertaking has enjoyed a good opportunity for development and has achieved tremendous growth. In primary education, moral education occupies an important position and plays a crucial role in the good development of pupils. Primary school teacher in charge of education should be combined with effective methods and strategies to carry out moral education work to develop the happiness of primary school students and promote the good development of primary school students. This article analyzes the methods and tactics of the moral education work under the concept of happiness education in order to provide reference for the good development of moral education in primary schools in our country.
