青海省公证工作在省司法厅的正确领导下,通过广大公证人员的积极努力,有了长足的发展与进步。为了研究问题,推动工作,创新青海公证工作新局面,在深入调查研究的基础上,我们系统总结了近几年青海公证工作发展状况,分析了存在的问题,并根据新的历史条件提出了开拓创新工作的建议与对策。一、基本状况(一)机构状况。截至目前,全省公证机构44家。其中,行政编制的公证机构21家,事业编制的公证机构23家,分布在全省各地。2012年通过审核登记执业的公证机构36家,由于无人或只有1人而不能进行执业的公证机构8家。
