在大数据时代,网络传播不断呈现出新的传播特点。网络的开放性、透明性和平等性等特点对领导干部的传统思维和行为方式产生了巨大的冲击。特别是涉官负面网络信息的频繁曝光,使许多领导干部在应对网络舆论时表现出了一些具有共性特征的不良心态。因此,适应网络时代发展要求,突破传统思维束缚,主动接受、融入网络,克服不良心态,不断提升引导网络舆论能力已经成为各级领导干部的必备技能之一。
In the era of big data, network dissemination constantly showing new characteristics of communication. The opening, transparency and equality of the Internet have had a huge impact on the traditional thinking and behavior of leading cadres. In particular, the frequent exposure of the negative network information involving the government officials has led many leading cadres to show some negative attitudes with common characteristics when dealing with online public opinion. Therefore, it has become one of the indispensable skills for leading cadres at all levels to meet the requirements of the development of the Internet age, break the shackles of traditional thinking, take the initiative to accept, integrate into the Internet, overcome bad attitudes and continuously improve their ability to guide public opinion at all levels.
