为观察不同高浓度葡萄糖对人骨髓内皮细胞增殖能力的影响.应用人肋骨髓内皮细胞在不同浓度葡萄糖(100、500和1000mg/dl)培养液中增殖、纯化后,经免疫组化染色,光镜及电镜鉴定证实,统计每个平皿中内皮细胞集落生长数量。结果相应为36.33±5.50、36.00±4.68和38.33±3.05.高浓度葡萄糖对内皮细胞增殖能力与对照组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。表明糖尿病血管内皮损伤的发病机制与高糖血症无直接关系。
To observe the effects of different concentrations of glucose on the proliferation of human bone marrow endothelial cells. The human rib marrow endothelial cells were cultured in different concentrations of glucose (100, 500 and 1000 mg / dl). After purification, the numbers of endothelial cell colonies in each plate were counted by immunohistochemistry, light microscope and electron microscope. . The corresponding results were 36.33 ± 5.50, 36.00 ± 4.68 and 38.33 ± 3.05. There was no significant difference in the proliferation of endothelial cells between high concentration glucose and control group (P> 0.05). The pathogenesis of diabetic vascular endothelial injury is not directly related to hyperglycemia.
