一、前言关于海水润滑式船尾管轴承的螺旋桨轴套的腐蚀原因和保护措施,在1955年至1960年期间日本学术振兴协会防蚀第97分会曾进行了研究。结果认为,桨轴套的腐蚀是由于船体外壳安装了阴极保护用的锌阳极的副作用所致,防止措施是必需安装轴接地装置。目前,海水润滑式的桨轴上都按标准安装了轴接地装置,虽然轴接地装置容易安装,但因油和海水的粘污,得不到充分的接地效果,轴套仍往往发生腐蚀,其原因是轴接地装置管

Preface Corrosion reasons and protective measures for propeller bushings of seawater-lubricated stern tube bearings were studied by Japan Society for the Improvement of Corrosion Prevention 97th Session between 1955 and 1960. As a result, the corrosion of the paddle sleeve was caused by the side effects of the zinc anodes for cathodic protection installed in the hull of the hull. A precautionary measure was to install a shaft grounding device. At present, shaft-mounted grounding devices are installed as standard on seawater-lubricated paddle shafts. Although the shaft grounding device is easy to install, due to the sticking of oil and seawater, sufficient grounding effect is not obtained and the bushings tend to corrode.
