课例研究在教师培训中得到了普遍的运用。在培训时应做到以下几点:多维度开发课例,适应培训需求;多角度观察课例,连接教学实践;多层面研析课例,深化教学研究;多方位反思课例,提升培训实效。
Case study has been widely used in teacher training. In the training should do the following: multi-dimensional development of cases to adapt to training needs; multi-angle observation of cases, connecting teaching practice; multi-level analysis of cases, deepening teaching and research; multi-directional reflection of lessons to enhance training effectiveness .
