新疆维吾尔自治区成立50年来,特别是党的十一届三中全会以来,在中国共产党领导下,各族人民团结奋斗、艰苦创业,以极大的热情投身于改革开放和现代化建设的伟大实践,经济建设和各项社会事业取得了令人瞩目的辉煌成就。50年来,新疆各族人民在党中央、国务院的亲切关怀下,在自治区党委、自治区人民政府的正确领导下,高举马克思列宁主义、毛泽东思想、邓小平理论和“三个代表”重要思想伟大旗帜,坚定地贯彻落实党的民族政策和民族区域自治制度,取得了社会主义革命和建设的巨大成就,呈现出经济繁荣、政治稳定、民族团结、边防巩固、社会发展、人民生活蒸蒸日上的大好形势,全区面貌发生了翻天覆地的变化。50年的发展,新疆各族人民用自己的伟大实践谱写了光辉灿烂的历史篇章;50年的发展,又为各族人民以胜利的步伐开创现代化建设新局面奠定了坚实的基础。回顾50年的峥嵘岁月,全区各族人民无比自豪、备受鼓舞;展望未来,新疆更加充满希望。
Since the establishment of the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region for 50 years, especially since the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the Party, under the leadership of the Chinese Communist Party, people of all nationalities have been united in their hard work and pioneering their businesses. With great enthusiasm, they devoted themselves to the great practice of reform and opening up and the modernization drive, Economic construction and various social undertakings have made remarkable achievements. Over the past 50 years, the people of all nationalities in Xinjiang have shown their great banner of Marxism-Leninism, Mao Zedong Thought, Deng Xiaoping Theory and the important concept of “three represents” under the correct leadership of the party committee and the people’s government of the autonomous region under the gracious care of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council. Firmly implemented the party’s national policy and the system of ethnic regional autonomy, achieved tremendous achievements in socialist revolution and construction, and showed the excellent situation of economic prosperity, political stability, national unity, border defense and consolidation, social development and people’s livelihood. District landscape has undergone enormous changes. For 50 years of development, the people of all ethnic groups in Xinjiang have written glorious historical chapters with their own great practices. The 50 years of development have laid a solid foundation for the people of all nationalities to open up a new prospect of modernization with the victory. Recalling the 50 years of remarkable achievements, the people of all ethnic groups in the region are very proud and encouraged. Looking ahead, Xinjiang is even more hopeful.
