目的了解天津市北辰区医疗机构消毒卫生质量,加强医疗机构消毒管理。方法 2 0 1 5年5-7月对本区1 9家医疗机构的消毒工作进行检测调查。结果检测1 9家医疗机构,工作人员手样品9 0份,合格7 7份,合格率为8 5.5%;物体表面样品9 0份,合格8 4份,合格率为9 3.3%;室内空气检测点6 9个,合格6 4个,合格率为9 2.7%;使用中消毒剂6 0份,合格5 9份,合格率为9 8.3%;紫外线灯8 1份,合格7 4份,合格率为9 1.3%;压力蒸汽灭菌2 9份,合格2 6份,合格率为8 9.6%。结论医疗机构应加强卫生消毒宣传力度,及时开展医院消毒效果检测,提高医疗机构消毒质量。
Objective To understand the disinfection and hygienic quality of medical institutions in Beichen District of Tianjin and to strengthen the disinfection management of medical institutions. Methods From May to July in 2015, the disinfection of 19 medical institutions in this area was investigated. Results A total of 90 hand samples were obtained from 19 medical institutions and staff members, 77 samples were passed, with a pass rate of 8 5.5%. Ninety samples were passed through the sample surface and 84 were qualified samples with a pass rate of 93.3%. Indoor air testing 6 69, passing 6 4, with a pass rate of 9 2.7%; 60 disinfectants in use, 59 qualified, with a pass rate of 9 8.3%; 8 8 UV lamps, qualified 7 4, pass rate 9 9%; pressure steam sterilization 29, qualified 26, with a pass rate of 8.6%. Conclusion Medical institutions should step up publicity on hygiene disinfection, promptly conduct hospital disinfection test, and improve the disinfection quality of medical institutions.
