当前信息化管理已广泛应用于各类企业,对企业的组织、经营和管理都产生了深远的影响。信息化管理在企业中的作用是巨大的,它可以改进组织结构,优化业务流程,加强技术创新,促进产品多样化,降低企业成本,提高企业竞争力。但信息化管理在应用过程中也存在一些问题,只有正确处理好几个关系,才能发挥信息化管理在企业中的作用,提高企业竞争力,确保企业赢得持续发展之路。
The current information management has been widely used in various types of enterprises, the organization, operation and management of enterprises have had a profound impact.
