集邮是一项以收集、整理、鉴赏、研究邮票为内容的业余文化活动。五彩斑斓、丰富多彩的邮票,被称为大千世界的“百科全书”。青少能够在收集欣赏邮票的愉悦中,潜移默化地接受科学知识,开拓视野,接受艺术熏陶。建设校园文化,推进素质教育,配合中小学生“减负”,丰富青少年课余文化生活,应该开辟鲜活的课外教育资源,提倡集邮进入校园是方法之一。让集邮关注孩子们的求知领域和娱乐空间。
