校长是学校的灵魂,是学校的一面镜子。许多学校成功发展的实践经验让我们明白了这样一个道理:一流的学校建设离不开优秀的校长,优秀的校长必然会建设出一流的学校。如何当优秀的校长?笔者认为优秀的校长要有四种意识。
The principal is the soul of the school, is a mirror of the school. The successful experience of many schools makes us understand the truth: first-rate school building is inseparable from the excellent headmaster, outstanding headmaster is bound to build a first-rate school. How to be an excellent principal? I think there are four kinds of excellent principals.
