目的:对分离自青海省果洛州冬虫夏草子座内的一株真菌(Cs-ZZ23)进行鉴定,并对其抑菌活性作初步探究。方法:利用形态学和多基因系统分析相结合的方法进行鉴定,同时采用对峙法和改进的菌块法测定了该菌株对6株供试菌的抑制作用。结果:形态特征表明,该菌株与被孢霉属(Mortierella sp.)中的高山被孢霉(Mortierella alpina)的特征一致,多基因序列分析显示本菌株与多个高山被孢霉菌株同源性在99%,因此确定该菌株为高山被孢霉,而且对大肠埃希菌(Escherichia coli),枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis)和瓜果腐霉(Pythium aphanidermatum)有抑制作用。结论:菌株Cs-ZZ23为高山被孢霉,其次级代谢产物具有重要研究价值。
OBJECTIVE: To identify a fungus (Cs-ZZ23) isolated from Cordyceps militaris in Guoluo, Qinghai Province, and to study its antibacterial activity. Methods: Morphological and polygenic analysis were used to identify the strains. Meanwhile, the inhibitory effects of the strain on six tested strains were determined by the confrontation method and the improved method. Results: The morphological characteristics of the strain showed that the strain was consistent with the characteristics of Mortierella alpina in Mortierella sp. The analysis of multiple gene sequences showed that the strain was homologous to several strains of Mortierella alpina At 99%, it was therefore determined that the strain is Mortierella alpina and that it has an inhibitory effect on Escherichia coli, Bacillus subtilis and Pythium aphanidermatum. Conclusion: Strain Cs-ZZ23 is Mortierella alpina, and its secondary metabolites have important research value.
