法治视域下社会治理价值理性与工具理性的高度融合,需要从时间维度梳理我国法治的发展脉络,从空间维度厘清和调整社会治理关系,从要素维度剖析社会治理的法治障碍。法治是社会治理的题中应有之义,只有以培育社会治理法治文化为方向,以建立健全统一的社会治理法制体系为突破,以法治精神和法治信仰的树立为前提,以形式法治、实质法治、程序法治、民生法治的全面推进为实施重点,才能以法治之匙开启社会治理的善治之门。
The high integration of the value rationality and instrumental rationality of social governance under the rule of law needs to sort out the development context of our country’s rule of law from the time dimension, to clarify and adjust the relationship between social governance from the spatial dimension and to analyze the rule of law obstacles of social governance from the factor dimension.
