一九八二年一月,中国科协学会部在北京召开了八二年学会活动计划协调会议。会上谢东来部长讲话指出,一九八一年三月召开的全国性学会专职人员会议,对学会活动,要沿着中央指示精神来开展:发展国民经济靠科学技术,科学技术要为四化做贡献,作为当前首要任务。与此同时,还要注意到本学科发展方向,生产、教学的需要与特点,对近期的和长远的任务都要合理安排。看来这个方向是对头的,应该继续贯彻执行。
