持续质量改进(CQI)是一种把质量达到更优、更高标准持续性的研究,是现代质量管理的精髓和核心。它是在全面质量管理的基础上更注重过程环节的一种新的质量管理。2011年1月起,湖州市第一人民医院在急诊伤害监测管理中实施CQI管理模式,取得良好效果。
Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) is a study that achieves better quality and more consistent standards and is the essence and core of modern quality management. It is based on the total quality management and pay more attention to the process of a new quality management. Since January 2011, Huzhou First People’s Hospital has implemented CQI management mode in emergency injury monitoring and management and achieved good results.
