目的对于行心脏搭桥手术患者于围手术期进行个体护理计划举措,观察及分析效果。方法选取患者76例作为研究对象,均为实施心脏搭桥手术患者,按照护理举措的不同,分成应用常规护理方案的参照组以及应用个体护理方案的研究组,分别比较两组的护理效果。结果比较护理前后的心率以及血压情况,护理后研究组明显优于参照组,同时比较总体护理满意度,研究组的结果显著优于参照组,P值均在0.05以下。结论对于实施心脏搭桥手术的患者于围手术期展开个体护理计划方案,效果较为理想,并得到较高护理满意度。
Objective To carry out individual nursing planning measures during perioperative period in patients undergoing cardiac bypass surgery and to observe and analyze the results. Methods Totally 76 patients were selected as study subjects. All of them were patients undergoing cardiac bypass surgery. According to the different nursing measures, they were divided into two groups: the reference group and the study group using individual nursing plans. Results After comparing the heart rate and blood pressure before and after nursing, the study group was significantly better than the reference group after nursing, while the overall nursing satisfaction was compared. The results of the study group were significantly better than the reference group, P values were below 0.05. Conclusions The individual nursing plan in perioperative period for patients undergoing cardiac bypass surgery is more effective and more satisfied with nursing care.
