1982年在新德里召开的第十二届国际土壤学会上,McCune和Stangel概述了土壤肥力管理和肥料应用研究在提高作物产量方面所取得的进展,提高了为进一步提高农业产量应优先研究的问题,其中直接有关土壤肥力管理的问题:土壤有机质和施用有机肥料的意义,底土肥力的重要性,影响养分利用率的因素以及高产农业中包括有机废料利用和生物固氮等在内的肥料管理系统,等等。本文拟围绕上述问题,就近年来国外土壤肥力管理研究的若干进展作一讨论。
