采用转换曲线分光光度法，根据吸收度的加和性同时测定了止痒酊中水杨酸和苯酚的含量，测定波长范围为２５５～２７０ｎｍ。本方法简便，结果可靠。
Using the conversion curve spectrophotometry, the content of salicylic acid and phenol in Antipruritic tincture was determined simultaneously according to the additivity of absorbance. The measured wavelength range was 255 ~ 270nm. The method is simple and reliable.
