为维护农民工合法权益,石家庄市总工会开展了“农民工专项法律援助”系列活动。在建立职工服务热线12351的基础上,增设了工会职工法律援助团值班律师:一方面由值班律师直接为农民工提供咨询服务,依法进行讨薪指导,并上报市总相关部门进行协调帮助;另一方面市总在接到上报后立即将相关情况上报市集中拖欠农民工工资信访问题专项治理领导小组办公室及市劳动监察部门,对案件进行调查处理。春节期间到目前,石家庄市内五区共接待农民工来
In order to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of migrant workers, Shijiazhuang Federation of Trade Unions has launched a series of activities entitled “Special Legal Aid for Migrant Workers”.
