目的 :探讨视觉诱发电位和视网膜电图联合测定对诊断白内障继发青光眼术后视功能预测的价值。方法 :对 6 8例白内障继发青光眼患者术前测定视觉诱发电位 (VEP)及视网膜电图 (ERG) ,术后 1周检查视功能。结果 :ERG和VEP与患者术后视功能有较高的一致性。结论 :白内障继发青光眼术前行视觉电生理联合测定对选择术式及预测术后视功能有较高的价值。
Objective: To investigate the value of visual evoked potentials and electroretinography in the prediction of visual function after cataract secondary glaucoma surgery. Methods: Visual evoked potentials (VEP) and electroretinography (ERG) were measured preoperatively in 68 patients with glaucoma secondary to cataract. Visual function was examined one week after operation. Results: The ERG and VEP had a good consistency with postoperative visual function. Conclusion: The combined preoperative visual electrophysiological examination of cataract with secondary glaucoma has a high value for choice of operation and prediction of postoperative visual function.
