现代化工矿企业发展中,桥式起重机作为应用较为广泛的起重设备,在拖动系统中主要是结合绕线式交流异步电机,实现的安全生产和控制。但是近些年来桥式起重机的缺陷和不足逐渐凸显,并引起人们的广泛关注。本文主要通过对桥式起重机调速系统改造前的存在问题进行分析,并结合桥式起重机的EV3000变频器改造调速系统的改造方法,实现了起重机改造的节能提效和安全生产。
Modern industrial and mining enterprises in the development of the bridge crane as a more widely used lifting equipment in the drag system is mainly a combination of wound AC induction motor to achieve safety in production and control. However, in recent years, the defects and deficiencies of overhead traveling cranes have gradually become prominent and aroused widespread concern. This paper mainly analyzes the existing problems before the reconstruction of overhead traveling crane speed control system, and combined with the reconstruction method of speed control system of EV3000 inverter for overhead traveling crane to realize the energy-saving and efficiency improvement and safety production of the crane.
