本实验研究了氟化物对大鼠软骨中性金属蛋白多糖降解酶活力的影响。结果表明氟化物显著提高了饮含200mg/LNaF水10周后的大鼠股骨头关节软骨中性金属蛋白多糖降解酶的活力。体外培养的鸡胚软骨细胞结果表明,当培养基含有1~2mmol/L氰化钠时,培养基与细胞层中性金属蛋白多糖降解酶活力大约高出对照2倍.而另一种降解蛋白多糖的酶——丝氨酸蛋白水解酶活力未受到氟化物的影响。
This experiment investigated the fluoride on the cartilage of neprotein proteolytic enzyme activity. The results showed that fluoride significantly increased the activity of neutral proteoglycan-degrading enzyme in rat femoral head articular cartilage after drinking 200 mg / L NaF for 10 weeks.
