机械部通用机械研究所密封室研制的168型碱泵机械密封装置,自1981年8月以来,已先后在我厂电解车间蒸发系统的3BA—9离心泵(电解液循环泵)、3FK—4泵以及Φ100循环泵(冷碱泵)等规格的12台碱泵试运转,通过4年来的实践考核,证明,只要安装、调整得当,日常维护保养好,该装置的使用形况还是比较理想的,基本上消灭了跑、昌、滴、漏现象。
