作者应用动物试验研究自体骨移植后不同时期内在骨痂、移植骨及其他骨中铜含量的变化情况。在测定铜含量的同时,还作了相应的组织形态学和X 线照片的观察。试验动物是成年家兔。切除家兔右侧桡骨一段后,取该兔左侧胫骨一段,充填桡骨缺损处。在51只兔中进行了组织形态学的观察,在54只兔中进行了铜含量们测定。观察时间为1—270日,铜的测定应用了放射性光谱分析的方法,并用15只健康而未手术过的家兔作对照,对照组的铜含量在右侧桡骨为(?).00042%,右股骨为0.00037%。
The authors applied animal experiments to study the changes of copper content in callus, bone graft and other bone in different periods after autologous bone transplantation. In the determination of copper content at the same time, also made the corresponding histological and radiographic observations. The test animals are adult rabbits. After removal of a section of the right radius of rabbits, take a section of the rabbit left tibia, filled with radial defect. Histomorphology was observed in 51 rabbits and copper content was determined in 54 rabbits. The observation time ranged from 1 to 270 days. The method of radioactive spectrum analysis was applied to the determination of copper. Fifteen healthy rabbits without surgery were used as controls.
