目的:研究西宁地区正常人脑血流动力学参数的特点。方法:应用TCD技术检测西宁地区不同年龄段正常人群(n=432)的脑动脉,获得6项血流动力学参数,测算均值(x)和标准差(s),各参数与年龄间的关系用Pearson相关分析,用独立样本t检验分析男女差异。结果:获得西宁地区20岁~85岁正常人TCD结果,各参数均值与年龄呈线性关系,流速参数与年龄呈负相关,VM(平均流速)的r=-0.417~-0.562,P=0.000,PI(搏动指数)和RI(阻力指数)与年龄呈正相关,PI的r=0.327~0.466,P=0.000。结论:西宁地区正常人脑动脉血流速度随着年龄的增长而逐渐下降,搏动参数随年龄增长而逐渐升高。
Objective: To study the characteristics of cerebral hemodynamic parameters in normal people in Xining area. METHODS: TCD technique was used to detect cerebral arteries of normal population (n=432) in different age groups in Xining area. Six hemodynamic parameters were obtained and mean (x) and standard deviation (s) were calculated. The relationship between age and parameters was calculated. Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the differences between men and women with independent sample t test. Results: TCD results were obtained from 20 to 85-year-old normal people in Xining area. The mean value of each parameter was linearly related to age, and the velocity parameter was negatively correlated with age. VM (average flow rate) was r=-0.417 to -0.562, P=0.000. There was a positive correlation between PI (pulse index) and RI (resistance index) with age, PI was r=0.327-0.466, P=0.000. Conclusion: The cerebral blood flow velocity of normal people in Xining gradually decreases with age, and the pulsation parameters gradually increase with age.
