近4年笔者应用法莫替丁和铝-镁胶体合剂预防高血压脑出血后的并发症上消化道出血,效果满意。现报告如下。1 对象与方法 56例病人均以高血压脑出血入院,均经CT证实。入院前3d内无呕血或黑便。随机分为两组:治疗组30例(男23,女7);年龄49～71岁,平均63.7岁;意识清醒21例,昏睡3例,昏迷6例;收缩压19.2～35.5kPa,舒张压13～19.5kPa,高血压病程6～21年,平均13.6年。对照组26例(男20,女6);年龄48～73岁,平均62.9岁;
Nearly 4 years I am using famotidine and aluminum - magnesium colloid mixture to prevent complications of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage after upper gastrointestinal bleeding, the effect is satisfactory. The report is as follows. 1 objects and methods 56 patients were admitted to hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage, confirmed by CT. No vomiting or melena within 3d before admission. Randomly divided into two groups: the treatment group of 30 patients (male 23, female 7); aged 49 to 71 years, an average of 63.7 years old; conscious conscious in 21 cases, 3 cases of lethargy and coma in 6 cases; systolic blood pressure 19.2 ~ 35.5kPa, 13 ~ 19.5kPa, duration of hypertension 6 to 21 years, an average of 13.6 years.
