目的 :观察骨骼肌疾病的肌肉标本在冰冻片和酶组织化学染色中的病理学改变。方法 :将肌肉标本放入液氮中 ,速冻固定 ,冰冻切片 ,进行组织化学染色和酶组织化学的病理观察。结果 :70例骨骼肌标本 ,有异常改变者 45例 ,骨骼肌酶组织化学染色 ,有群组化现象 16例 ,GT染色发现破碎红边纤维 2例 ,ORO染色发现脂质增多 4例。结论 :骨骼肌冰冻切片可更加清晰地显示骨骼肌纤维的结构 ,能完好地保留骨骼肌酶的活性 ,酶组织化学染色可显示骨骼肌酶学变化的肌纤维的分型 ,有利于提高对肌病的认识和诊断水平 ,对骨骼肌疾病的诊断有很大的临床实用价值 ,值得推广应用。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the pathological changes of muscular specimens of skeletal muscle diseases in frozen slices and enzymatic histochemical staining. Methods: The muscle specimens were placed in liquid nitrogen, frozen frozen, frozen section, histochemical staining and histochemistry of the pathological observation. Results: In 70 cases of skeletal muscle samples, there were 45 cases of abnormal changes, skeletal muscle enzymatic histochemical staining, 16 cases of grouping, GT staining found broken red edge fibers in 2 cases, ORO staining found that lipid increased in 4 cases. Conclusion: The frozen section of skeletal muscle can show the structure of skeletal muscle fibers more clearly and retain the activity of skeletal muscle enzymes. Enzyme histochemical staining can show the changes of skeletal muscle enzymatic changes in the classification of muscle fibers, The diagnostic level of skeletal muscle disease diagnosis has great clinical value, it is worth to promote the application.
