目的:观察“912”液对实验性呼吸窘迫综合征(RDS)的防治作用。方法:以麻疹活疫苗肾上腺素复制家兔RDS模型,在此基础上,部分动物分别静注生理盐水肾上腺素(对照组)和中药“912”液(治疗组),观察呼吸频率、PaO2、PaCO2、血pH、肺系数、肺大体及光镜下改变等。结果:静注1小时后,各组呼吸频率、PaO2、PaCO2与注射前比较均无显著性差异(P均>0.05);模型组静注肾上腺素后PaO2明显下降,另2组无下降;治疗组注射肾上腺素后15、30、60分钟,PaO2与模型组比较,P均<0.01;治疗组与模型组比较,肺大体及光镜下瘀血、水肿等病理改变明显减轻,肺系数下降,pH升高,PaCO2降低。结论:以黄芪、当归、丹参等为主要成分的“912”液有防治实验性RDS的作用,其确切机制有待进一步研究。
Objective: To observe the preventive and therapeutic effects of “912” solution on experimental respiratory distress syndrome (RDS). Methods: Rabbit RDS model was established by epinephrine injection of live measles vaccine. On the basis of this, some animals were intravenously injected with normal saline adrenaline (control group) and Chinese medicine “912” solution (treated group) respectively. Respiratory rate, PaO2, PaCO2 , Blood pH, lung coefficient, lung gross and light microscope changes. Results: After 1 hour of intravenous injection, there was no significant difference in respiratory rate, PaO2, PaCO2 between the two groups (all P> 0.05); the PaO2 of the model group decreased significantly after the epinephrine injection and the other two groups did not decrease ; At 15, 30 and 60 minutes after the injection of epinephrine in the treatment group, PaO2 was significantly lower than that in the model group (P <0.01); compared with the model group, the pathological changes of blood stasis and edema in the lung and light microscope were significantly reduced, Lung coefficient decreased, pH increased, PaCO2 decreased. Conclusion: The “912” liquid containing astragalus root, Chinese angelica root and salvia miltiorrhiza as the main components has the effect of preventing and treating experimental RDS. The exact mechanism remains to be further studied.
