职业意识关系到学生就业和发展,健康的职业思想和观念不是偶然形成的,需要经历由浅入深、从模糊到明确、从幻想到现实的发展过程。本文以实训基地文化建设对学生的职业意识的影响,探讨了实训基地文化建设的重要意义。
